Something to Chew on

Chew, winner of the Eisner Award for Best New Series (2010), YALSA Great Graphic Novels for Teens (Top Ten) (2011), and probably some other awards I’ve forgotten about, is AWESOME!
Check out the blog with some of its cover artwork.
Chew is twisted. It’s brilliant. It’s got amazing colour artwork. And, it’s about a detective, Tony Chu, who gets psychic impressions from tasting/eating things. That includes corpse parts. I say that’s creepy enough to make a Halloween list of weird reads. You can check out Chew today! PN6728 .C48 L396 2010
Oh, and Chew has been bought up by Showtime, same station that does Walking Dead, so here’s hoping they make something awesome out of this twisted comic. (Walking Dead was a comic first, too, so I’ve really high hopes).
Sounds like you’ve cooked up quite a story
. I’ll have to see if we can get some copies in at our library
