You Have Killed Me

You Have Killed Me by Jamie S. Rich and Joelle Jones is a noir graphic novel: gritty, b&w, murder-mystery. Though the plot is a bit contrived and the whodunnit is easy to figure out, the artwork and feel of the story is fabulous and worth the read.

Antonio Mercer is a private eye and a beautiful young woman from his past reappears in need of help searching for a missing sister. She and her family are involved with the underworld and have a great deal of shady goings-on, which Mercer discovers the hard way. From knife-wielding muscians to gamblers, Mercer gets entangled with a host of dark characters and ends up in a situation that leaves him very vulnerable.
